- Access to all reporting at all times to make it easier to boards to make high level decisions

Banking & Financials

- Bookkeeping services

- Annual budget creation 

- Financial reporting and documentation

- Organized filling and secure confidential practices

Tier 2 Service

Tier 2 Service Includes Tier 1 plus the following:

Maintenance

- Any and all Board reported maintenance issues will be handled by Red Brick Properties

- Communication and ensuring projects get completed to satisfactory conditions. 

- Setup recurring maintenance activities 

Tier 2 

Compliance

- Submit sate annual tax filings

- Complete any requested re-sale certificates at the time of a sale

- Take meeting minutes for up to 4 meetings a year. 

- Follow state laws and regulations

- Enforce Board reported violations and collect on violations

Tier 2 

Taxes & Insurance

- Complete tax preparation, submission, and payment if needed

- Update annual insurance policy

- Complete any and all 1099s needed for compliance
