Frank was born and raised in Morgantown WV and his first degree came from WVU. He also has degrees from Creighton University & Oxford.  He owns multiple real estate investments & has been involved in real estate for 25+ years through law practice, being an active broker, and as an investor.

David graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors in Finance. As a financial analyst,  he then worked in Manhattan for 6 years at EY. Today he owns over 35 real estates investments and is partnered in over 150+ doors. David is a key player in commercial & residential arena.

Michael has a business degree from Rutgers University. After graduating he served 8 years as a Green Beret for the US Army and then moved his talents to real estate. Today Michael is involved in over 100 units and offers an array of expertise in a professional way that is unmatched in the area.

Michael is a licensed agent who manages a book of business of over 300 rental units, has multiple real estate investments himself, and is a trusted agent in Morgantown and surrounding areas.

Brandon is a licensed agent currently managing a book of business of over 100 rental units, he has sales experience and is a go-to resource for finding tenants rental units in the Morgantown area.

Kourtney graduated from West Virginia University in Business Administration. Recognized as a well- versed professional, she handles all the day to day maintenance activities coming from our properties.
